Event Planning, Design and Coordination

OUR FULL SERVICE WEDDING / EVENT PLANNING:
This option is designed for those who want to make decisions regarding the occasion, but not be hassled by details or arrangements.

Unlimited phone and email communication prior to the event

Up to 7 face to face planning sessions including two walkthroughs

Planning, scheduling and coordination of the Engagement Party or Dinner. (This service is typically with the parents, upon request, some select decor options from our inventory we will provide for the house)

Assistance finding and contracting your venue; this includes ensuring you provide the venue with necessary documentations they require such as Vendor Insurance, Rental Insurance, and any Licences required.

Sourcing, Interviewing, hiring and management of all wedding vendors

Management of your budget including budget spreadsheet with monthly statements provided.

Assisting in scheduling for shopping, fittings and attire pickup

Helping with Save The Date notices and Wedding Invitations

Helping with RSVP's as they come in, assisting in any reminders or follow ups with guests

Coordination of essential wedding party and essential family travel needs
-
Assistance with Honeymoon arrangements (typically done with the Groom). This service also includes arranging/ scheduling for the necessary travel documents required and medical records

Coordinating, scheduling Engagement Photo sessions (upon request)

Coordination of Trial Run Beauty Routine

Planning, scheduling, coordinating with Bridal Team the Bridal Shower and Bachelor Party

We will schedule a men’s mani/pedi session upon request.

Scheduling Groom's personal care appointments week prior to the wedding

Reception layouts created alongside your rental team

Complete wedding/reception seating charts, if needed

A detailed day of timeline and event production schedule for all vendors

Scheduling your Marriage License arrangements

Vendor confirmation the month prior to your event

Wedding Party details checklist with follow ups and task completion confirmations
(to ensure that everyone in the wedding party is all set)

We schedule, coordinate, decorate, and arrange for all of our Brides, a Mani/Pedi Party! (the week of the wedding) This includes unlimited Champagne at the salon, complete with accompanied fruit trays etc. (Select Salon services are Free for our Bride (only) as our gift!

Scheduling and Coordination of your ceremony rehearsal

Making arrangements for your rehearsal dinner

Decor and prop set up the day of (of our items only, some of our décor is free rental)

*****Table Service is available for additional fee that includes: Passed hors d’oeuvres (if applicable), Pre dinner beverage table side service, post dinner table bussing, post dinner table side beverage service, The Champagne Toast Pour tableside, post cake table bussing (if you think your caterer is providing this, THINK AGAIN, most say they do, but we've been at this a very long time, table service is NOT what you get from 90% of the caterers out there)

OUR MONTH OF WEDDING DAY COORDINATION SERVICE
Why month of? To us, it is absolutely essential that when we take on coordinating an event for a client, we leave nothing to chance! Especially the most memorable day of your lives, and most likely the most publicly exposed day you'll ever have, we simply do not like the word CHANCE!
So, for us to be sure that all details have been covered, it typically takes a month to review your big day, and for us to confirm that what you expect, IS what you will get! There are tid-bits of information that will definitely help you understand what you should be looking for in a "Day Of" wedding coordination service. Otherwise, you are risking the dream flow of your special day not to mention your money!
MONTH OF COORDINATION SERVICE:

Management, follow up and task checklist confirmation of the design you provide us with, and vendors beginning 30 DAYS OUT

We will provide you with a detailed day- of timeline and event production schedule

Coordination of your ceremony rehearsal the day prior, ceremony only

Supervise the decor and prop set up the day of (day prior if applicable)

Direction of the bridal party throughout the wedding day
